The House Chair is in charge over obviously the house. We
take great pride in our chapter house located at 20 Maiden
Lane. The fraternity is a group of brothers but like with any
organizations, it is necessary to have place where the group can
meet. The house chair makes sure that the house is kept in
the best condition for all the residents and brothers.
Currently, our house has 6 apartments attached to the main house that
can hold two brothers each and 3 rooms in our main house. The
house currently is undergoing some renovations which is quite obvious
if you have seen the house lately.
